I have bought 3 vehicles from Paul Sadlon over the last 10 years. I refuse to go anywhere else. The salespeople are honest, helpful and not pushy at all. They listen to what you want and help you get exactly that.

The real stars of the company though work in the service department. I have dropped off my vehicle for regular maintenance and even some unexpected issues (due to rough roads travelled) without an appointment and leave it with them. They often say to leave it for the week and then it is done within 48 hours. They go above and beyond to make my life easier and in no way do they try to upsell anything or tell me I need something I dont! I cannot say enough positive about this car sales company! They definitely are breaking the stereotypes of car salesmen and mechanics!

Only complaint is that I had an oil change appointment and it took almost an hour before my car entered a bay.

Nothing but praise for the way my wife and I were treated. Being first time EV buyers, we knew absolutely nothing about owning one. We had many many questions, which were answered with patience as we struggled to take it all in.
Fortunately we had Owen, the sales person to steer us to the correct decision and buy a super Cadillac optiq EV, a truely futuristic vehicle.

I dealt with Matt Stone who was friendly and to the point. we worked out a deal quickly that we could both live with and the delivery day was equally smooth. not quite an online experience like Tesla but overall I think it was quicker
