Lost my key the afternoon of a long weekend and the managed to get me sorted out so I could have a car. Awesome service and excellent customer care all around.

Little slow on initial communication all good finally got a loaner 3 weeks is a long time. I’m thinking my original agreement allows a loaner but have been told in the past that’s no longer the case? Now you have 14 or so?? Not sure hopefully all good for now glad I got extended warranty 6 Caddy’s now not sure next time . Hopefully be a while before we see you guys again . Thank you

I am able to enjoy a valet service they come and pick my vehicle up and drop it off very convenient and very communicative with me.

Just consistently excellent service which was an extra challenge today due to ongoing redecoration of the service area, the staff were coping very well.

Great purchasing experience. Promptly greeted at reception, and brought to Andrew who expertly read the room understanding what we were looking for, showed us options that not only covered our needs but kept within our budget. He gave us options without any pressure and made no qualms about giving us time to make our decision. When we came back to purchase we met with Simon who discussed next steps with clarity, talked us through the paperwork sharing the pertinent information and again gave us time to make our decision without pressure or judgement. Both Andrew & Simon were professional, stayed in their lane, and kept the energy positive. It felt like a genuine old school deal, where people enjoyed working together, and shared in my excitement of getting into a new car. Highly recommend.
