Starting with the young girl in reception, over to the service coordinator Hailie, along with the other coordinator’s when Hailie was not available. They all worked as a team. I had an extensive amount of work done on my Silverado 2500. At one point I was asking some very in-depth technical questions. Hailie had no problem connecting with the Mechanic, actually put him on the phone with me. Now to be fair I have been buying my vehicles from PaulSadlon for more than 25 years. Thanks to the team, at Paul Sadlon. Let’s not leave the greatest Sales Guy Ever Mr. Owen Ferguson 😊 Chris B

The service is top notch as usual, however I have a suggestion, the service department should have a standalone oil change building so we don't have to either wait 2 hours or book an oil change two weeks out!

We went to Paul Sadlon to "look" for a new vehicle for myself, and ended up finding exactly what I wanted. The friendliness the moment you walked through the front door, was awesome!! We were assisted by Joe Felice, there was absolutely NO pressure for a sale, he listened to our needs and budget, and I found the vehicle of my dreams!! The service warranties were beyond generous. We had purchased a used car from them many years ago, and it was an awesome experience back then!! I highly recommend Sadlon Motors, and I am very pleased we could shop locally!! Kayleigh is our salesperson and she had both time and consideration for what we wanted. Her manager and front reception are all down to earth and wonderful people. We never thought it existed anymore. We feel at home at Sadlon and recommend them to our staff, friends, and family. We will be purchasing more from Sadlon. I am able to enjoy a valet service they come and pick my vehicle up and drop it off very convenient and very communicative with me.

I had a tire blow out while driving on the 400 heading south. Roadside assistance got me to the dealership where I was overwhelmed with support, even though it was 15mins to closing. The lady at the intake counter jumped into action and grabbed a mechanic and then next I knew my truck was in the shop being looked at. The spare was put on the mechanic filled me in with the issues at hand and what the next steps should be. I was back on the road within id say about a half hour or so. This could have easily turned into a next day thing which im glad it didnt. Thanks so much for the great service!
