Just bought a 2021 XT5 Cadillac about 3 months ago, had an issue pushed the OnStar button, Caddy towed to Paul Sadlon's, OnStar confirmed that it was towed and keys dropped off at service desk. They diagnosed it and told me that the technician had identified the part needing replacement, it was in stock and they would call me in the morning. At 9:01 am the next morning they called to tell me the car was ready. GM, OnStar, Paul Sadlon's and Hailey my service manager rocks! Oh yeah the best part - no charge, covered by original warranty. After a couple of days of confusion with the service advisor Karen the service manager returned my call and was very helpful rectifying the problem. She arranged the car to completed on her day off and also followed up with a phone call. She turned an unpleasant situation to a very good situation.
