With so many options available in the auto market , Paul Sadlon quickly and professionally narrowed down our options and found us the perfect car at the perfect price! We selected the Chevrolet Equinox EV and could not be more satisfied. It's peppy, smooth and so functional. After driving a Tesla Model X for 9 years I do not feel like I'm compromising on quality for a fraction of the price. The service was friendly, low pressure, knowledgeable and prompt every step along the way, from reception to sales, to financing. We drove home with our new car same day as our test drive!

I have bought 3 vehicles from Paul Sadlon over the last 10 years. I refuse to go anywhere else. The salespeople are honest, helpful and not pushy at all. They listen to what you want and help you get exactly that. The real stars of the company though work in the service department. I have dropped off my vehicle for regular maintenance and even some unexpected issues (due to rough roads travelled) without an appointment and leave it with them. They often say to leave it for the week and then it is done within 48 hours. They go above and beyond to make my life easier and in no way do they try to upsell anything or tell me I need something I dont! I cannot say enough positive about this car sales company! They definitely are breaking the stereotypes of car salesmen and mechanics!

Service advisor was very friendly and courteous. Only complaint is that I had an oil change appointment and it took almost an hour before my car entered a bay.
