I had our Cadillac brought in for a service update and new snow tires installed. The staff was very friendly and courteous. I had arranged to be dropped off and picked up with their shuttle service and on receiving the same continued customer care. I want to say a special thanks to Nick Morrison sales manager who got me a great deal on the tire package and wish all the stuff. Happy holidays.

Came into service with an emergency repair that needed to be done and they took it in. Took a couple days to fix it but it is repaired and running fine

Great Experience dealing with Eli P and Nick M on our new 2025 Cadillac XT4. We live 3 hours away and bought the car sight unseen after some good negotiations. Paul Sadlon wants your business! We did have a glitch that was noticed when we arrived home and had to go to the local dealer for service. It was determined that it would not be warranty as it should of been done on the PDI. The cost was over $440 dollars. I called Nick M the sales manager and with no hesitation he PAID the bill. I couldn't ask for more. I will recommend Eli, Nick and this Dealership to all.
