My experience at Paul Sadlon was stellar start to finish. Hunter Graham was incredibly helpful, especially since this was my first time buying new. He was able to set me up with a vehicle that I LOVE and the whole process was seamless and straightforward. Awesome service from start to finish!
I had a nice experience purchasing my new vehicle. There were a couple of hiccups but nothing catastrophic. Initially, I had sent an email inquiry about the vehicle I wanted to purchase. I received the automated response saying someone would reach out to me shortly. I heard from noone. The original email was sent out on a Friday ( dinner time). By Monday morning I was checking again on the vehicle I was interested in and decided to reach out via the online live chat. This finally got the ball rolling. I was able to test drive the vehicle alone which is comforting as a woman buying a car herself. Purchasing was easy. I made the deal on Wednesday and was picking up the following Tuesday. On pick up day all was well except for 1 small and 1 not so small issue. Onstar had not be given my details or initially set up so that took a few extra minutes and a call from my sales man the very next day alerted me to the fact that the rust protect module I'd purchased had NOT been installed. So, I did have to spend 30 minutes or so in the service department on my day off to get that rectified. My Sales man (Mick) was very kind and so was the gentleman who handled my finances (Simon). All in all I am very happy with my new vehicle
